ATTENTION: Before you register please read the following information noted below:
- Registration Code - You are required to enter a registration code that applies to your situation.
- Roommate's email - If you plan to have a roommate or roommates at conference, you will need to provide the exact email addresses they will use when registering themselves to ensure that you are assigned the same room together.
- Flight information - You do not need to have your flight information to complete registration. You can return to your registration record once you have obtained this information and provide it in the "Arrival and Departure" section of the registration form, after registering for conference.
- Payment Method - At the end of the registration process, you will be required to pay only the registration fee to complete your registration via a Credit Card or Debit Card. The registration fee is a non-refundable payment. Please confirm that your billing address is correct when filling out payment method information, before completing payment.

Final Invoice - You will be sent a final invoice at a later date for the remainder of your conference costs, i.e. room accommodations, meal plan, and shuttle requests. Please watch the email you use to register for this future invoice.
